Faulty slippers
I purchased slippers for my husband at Christmas. They are the boot type. On each of the slippers, the back sole is coming apart, one side worse than the other. I have pictures I can send you. I have always bought Dearfoams for myself & family & have never had this happen on any of them. Pls advise if you need the pictures. What would be a solution? D. Callahan

Order number CXD32858, was placed in early December. I realized the size might be incorrect and tried to cancel the order. My request was denied, because they said our system doesn't allow cancellation. After receiving the product,it was returned tracking #9202 49** **72 7200 **** 69,and it was received by you. This was unused and returned on 12/14/2022. Bank is telling you don't owe me any credit. Please issue credit of $54.04. thank you

Hello, I purchased a pair of Dearfoams Men's James Woven Boot Slipper for my husband through Amazon on 9/26/2022. Unfortunately, they are completely falling apart after only a few months of use. Since it's past the return window through Amazon they recommended that I contact you directly for a refund or a replacement. I would appreciate your assistance.

Texture nd quality of shoes has changed so much that I cannot recommend them to anyone.
Although the description states shoes are for inside or outside, the soles are so thin that I feel the floor as I walk. Also they stretch so much it's hard to keep them on. I have 3 pairs given as gifts and my husband has one pair. We are very disappointed with these.don'd
